Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • The item must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • In original packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused and returned to the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Worn or used products

  • Damaged items after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Items returned due to color preference

Random Color Allocation

All products are shipped with random color allocation.

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Colors cannot be chosen or requested

  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted based on color preference

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by law

You will be notified once your refund is processed.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you would like another item, you must place a new order (subject to availability).

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate solution.
